Beautiful, burning

Commissioned for SALT Dance’s LINK Audition Festival (2025)

This work plays with the sensation of weight. Through exploring the weight of our bodies while also not being able to ignore the weight of the world, this work transverse through hopefulness and intensity. Meditative phrase work becomes isolated duets and separated trios exploring an overwhelming sense of togetherness and separation.
